Gold IT Plan
Gold support is designed for medium sized corporations with 21-50 computers. It is designed to help medium businesses manage their networks, data, security, and reliability/uptime. Typically, Gold service subscribers will be given a flat monthly rate, with any extra (not covered) services being charged separately. Typically, a Gold service subscriber will have a network tech show up at least once weekly to give an on-site inspection, with the rest of the month being dedicated to remote support. Gold services include:
